[vc_column_text] An up to date vaccination certificate is required before your doggi(s) will be accepted for boarding – Distemper/ Hepatitis/Leptospirosis/Canine Parvovirus and Para Influenza. Kennel cough is compulsory – this must be done 3 weeks prior to arrival .[/vc_column_text]

[vc_column_text]Vaccination cards must be brought on arrival – Under NO circumstances will pets be accepted for boarding` WITHOUT a valid vaccination certificate..[/vc_column_text]

[vc_column_text] All dog(s) should have been wormed and flead prior to arrival..[/vc_column_text]

[vc_column_text] All medications required to be administered MUST be clearly marked with both the pet name and required dosage – Collection of pets to be made during the allocated hours only. Other times by arrangement only.[/vc_column_text]

[vc_column_text] If your pet develops any illness or condition after arrival requiring a vets attention, a vet will be called and you will be notified. This will be your nominated vet or Doggi Divas’ vet if the nominated vet is not available for any reason.[/vc_column_text]

[vc_column_text] Veterinary Fees – the client consents that, whenever, necessary they agree to their doggi(s) being examined and any treatments deemed necessary by the Veterinay Surgeon (being the client’s requested Veterinary Surgeon or Doggi Divas’ should the client’s Veterinary Surgeon not be available) and all fees incurred during the boarding period will be the responsibility of the client and any fees will be paid when their doggi(s) are collected[/vc_column_text]

[vc_column_text] Any belongings left by the client for their doggi(s) are done so at the client’s risk. Doggi Divas will only accept supplied belongings in a clean and parasite free condition. Any belongings becoming soiled during the boarding will be destroyed[/vc_column_text]

[vc_column_text] Any dog(s) sharing a Hotel room can do so at the client’s request, however, they do so at their own risk[/vc_column_text]

[vc_column_text] The client consents to allow their doggi(s) to being walked/run free in the exercise area at their own risk[/vc_column_text]

[vc_column_text] Whilst every care and precaution is taken during boarding, responsibility for the dog can only be accepted at the owner’s own risk[/vc_column_text]

[vc_column_text]If a pet is not collected within 14 days of the end of the agreed boarding period with no communication from the owners, the kennel may assume responsibility for the animals future.[/vc_column_text]

[vc_column_text]Boarding fees are chargeable per day or part of the day. SHOULD YOUR PET BE REMOVED BEFORE THE AGREED END OF BOARDING PERIOD THE FULL FEE WILL BE CHARGED.[/vc_column_text]

[vc_column_text] Doggi Divas reserves the right to change the fees without prior notice.[/vc_column_text]

[vc_column_text]Doggi Divas reserves the right to refuse a booking.[/vc_column_text]

[vc_column_text] Doggi(s) must be collected by 10.00 am on collection day (or alternative times agreed) otherwise a full day rate will be charged.[/vc_column_text]

[vc_column_text] A CANCELLATION CHARGE IS APPLICABLE. CHARGES ARE AS FOLLOWS: 7 DAYS OR LESS – 100% OF BOARDING FEE AND 8-14 DAYS – 50% Please note: If we are able to refill the hotel room you will not be charged. If we are only able to refill the hotel room[/vc_column_text]

[vc_column_text]For part of your cancelled booking you will only be charged for any time which cannot be filled. If, for example you have booked a double hotel room which we can only fill with a single dog you will only be charged the difference in cost of that booking.[/vc_column_text]

[vc_column_text] By making a booking with us you are automatically agreeing to our Terms and Conditions. Please note that no doggi(s) shall be accepted into Doggi Divas until we have a completed Booking Form[/vc_column_text]
